How and why we help you empower people to change

About Us

Uscreates are positive social impact experts. We help others to understand, manage and maximise their positive social impact.

Understand: what do you need to know about your audience, your organisation and your challenge to make impact happen?

Manage: how do you ensure you take the best-fitting approach?

Maximise: how do you achieve sustainable, measurable results?

We use a collaborative approach, involving our clients and their audiences in our work. Why? Because it reveals hidden insights and creates solutions they value. And with almost a decade’s experience of working with the public sector, businesses and charities, we know that it results in lasting impact.

Our methods are creative and innovative. But we don’t believe in creativity and innovation for its own sake. We use it to find ways of delivering powerful, cost-effective impact.

Our vision is a world where making a positive social impact is everyday business for all organisations. And because we want to be the change we want to see, we try to ensure everything about our business makes a positive social impact too.

The Business Social Impact Initiative

Educated, employable young people. New start-ups driving a flourishing economy. Safer, cleaner towns and cities. Thriving communities. Social impact is everyone’s business. And businesses have an essential role to play.

To help them, Uscreates launched the Business Social Impact Initiative. Businesses have the power to make positive impact happen. Our mission is to ensure all those that want to, can.

Through a series of events, we are bringing together organisations to understand the issues, share best practice and explore possibilities for innovation and improvement. Our conversations have already begun, and we will be having many more.

Our first discussions aimed to build understanding of how and why businesses seek to have a social impact. You can read the findings here.

The conversations continue on our Business Social Impact Forum on LinkedIn. Join in.
