Founding Partner
Zoë Stanton is an experienced designer and project manager working in both the private and public sector. Zoë studied Design at Goldsmiths College before embarking on a varied career working in the television industry, retail design, design research, and high profile events management.
Zoe’s collaborative work with the design collective Us&Us motivated her to initiate Uscreates with fellow member Mary Rose Cook. The pair has been working together for the past three years on numerous social change projects.
Founding Partner
Before founding Usceates, Mary Rose worked as a free-lance designer and design consultant working with clients such as BT, Faculty of Education at Cambridge University and Channel 4. Alongside her work, she set up a design collective Us&Us, with Zoë Stanton and designers &Made, working on interactive installations.
Mary Rose studied design at Goldsmiths College and produced work that won her the title of ‘New Designer of the Year’ in 2005. She has recently returned to education to carry out research for a PhD which looks at the role of the designer in creating sustainable communities.
