Uscreates has a range of consultation packages for projects in education, health and regeneration. We use a collection of designed ‘consultation tools’ for each package to achieve insightful outcomes.  Uscreates also develops bespoke consultations and tools for specific social agendas.

Engaging Learning Environment Workshops
We have extensive experience in developing and delivering creative workshops within schools to design and develop learning environments for pupils and staff. 

Workshops consist of activities that encourage communication between pupils, staff and parents to discuss issues with the current school set up.  Speed Modelling, an Uscreates consultation tool, is used to extract reasons and design potential solutions to discussed problems.  We used this tool in our Building Schools for the Future work.

An evaluation document, with a record of the consultations findings, potential solutions and advice to implement them, is produced for the schools to work from.


Community Cohesion Consultations
Uscreates works with many local councils to consult community groups on current regeneration work and how it can be used to create community cohesion.

Uscreates’ Investigative Toolkits, which consist of cameras, Dictaphones and logging diaries are provided to community groups after facilitated discussions on their changing environment.  The Investigative Toolkits are used to explore raised issues in more depth, by observing and talking with others in the community, who are apprehensive about taking part in a consultations but still want to give their opinion.

This consultation package was used for the Downham Healthy Lifestyle Centre initiative.


Health and Wellbeing at Work Round Table Consulations
Uscreates has worked with companies such as The Mail on Sunday, Breckland Council and Programus Ltd to consult employees on their health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Uscreates devises and facilitates Round Table Consultations, where employees and employers are joined by dieticians and food experts from Uscreates’ network of health and nutrition specialists, to create improvements to their workplace.  Sets of Scenario Cards are used to investigate ways in which current issues can be amended to create a healthier work environment.
