At Uscreates we invest in exploring and researching new social topic areas, new methods, new processes and new networks. We are looking for outstanding individuals to support our internal research and development work.

The Project Proposal Internship:

As someone who is actively engaging in social development you will propose a brief that will make use of Uscreates’ knowledge and experience of behaviour change. The proposal should be based on an area that you are already passionate about and preferably have some existing insight around.

The Internship will last for three weeks, during which time you will carry out your proposal. This could be done in three stages, such as; Scope, Develop, and Implement, or it could focus on just one stage, depending on the background of your proposal. Uscreates will provide twice weekly development and review sessions where existing Uscreates tools will be discussed and new tools developed.

We are looking for people, from any background, who are interested in social issues, behaviour change and who are keen to try new things, explore, think differently and teach us something new.
