Following two very interesting weeks of prototyping remote or ‘distributed’ working, we have collated our findings in a report (see embedded below) to share with other organisations.
Our next period of remote working has been scheduled in line with the London Olympics which kick off on the 27th of July. Are you considering doing the same? The Olympics is going to be a time of excitement, disruption, chaos and celebration and represents an exciting chance to achieving organisational change, cost savings, and effeciency improvements.
Organisational or behaviour change is a challenge to implement. It can be a long and difficult process. The Olympics are going to change everything about the way we work, where we work, how we work and when we work. Change is going to happen for 3 weeks and your staff know it.
