Sharing behaviour change learning

Award winning behaviour change agency Uscreates were invited to share their experience from an innovative project to reduce smoking among female routine and manual workers.

The NHS conference brought service providers, commissioners and councils from across the South East together at 15 Hatfields on London’s South Bank last week to hear discussions on smokefree legislation, developing new tobacco control advocates and community empowerment.

Alan Boyles, Uscreates project lead, gave a talk titled “Empowering smokers to change, and services to innovate”, and spoke to the room about the importance of energetic engagement, in depth research and encouraging innovation from within through co-design and collaboration.
