Uscreates Academy
With new members joining our team (a big hi to Ingrid and Hannah) we initiated the Uscreates Academy as a way for them, and anyone else who joins us, to get a feel for who we are and what we do.
Over the last couple of weeks our new colleagues have sat with each of us in turn for a couple of hours to get to know each other, explore roles and specialisms, and learn about Uscreates’ services, brand and previous work. Any key learning points have been collaboratively recorded to feed back to everyone else at team meetings.
The Academy provides a dedicated space within the busy working day, with all its distractions, for new people to really settle in and feel they have time to ask questions. Not only do they learn about Uscreates in a concentrated burst rather than by osmosis over time, but we all learn about ways we might complement and support each other’s roles right from the beginning.
