The Career Development Organisation (CRAC) is piloting an innovative new web resource providing hundreds of careers stories to young people.
The icould site is aimed at young people who are not sure about what they would like to do next in their career. By listening to other people’s stories young people can access unbiased information in an engaging way.
Consultation
Uscreates devised and facilitated consultations with a range of young people (14-18) to investigate what questions they have about their future. The consultations also focused on the service the website is offering as well as the communication, language and ‘feel’ of the site.
Story Capture
The site is a collection of hundreds of You Tube style video clips from people from all walks of life including a number of celebrities.
Uscreates supported CRAC in sourcing and capturing engaging and inspiring stories and provided a film interview team to record stories from across the country.
Outcomes
60+ young people consulted in small productive groups
